Hello! My name is Damien (they/them). I’m a Virtual Assistant and Certified Productivity Life Coach based in Olympia, Washington. I offer a unique blend of services designed to support both business owners and individuals. My work combines my passions for psychology, business, and personal growth, allowing me to help clients in meaningful ways that align with your unique set of strengths and personal goals.

I provide digital marketing services and virtual assistance to streamline operations, manage tasks, and implement effective strategies. I understand the challenges of running a business and offer personalized support to help your business thrive.

I also offer coaching and virtual assistance informed by the neurodiversity movement. I work with clients to create strategies that promote growth, confidence, and well-being, all while honoring the unique qualities of neurodivergent traits. Drawing from the insights of thinkers like Devon Price, Ph.D., I aim to create empowering spaces where authenticity is celebrated.

I enjoy learning new things, engaging with online communities, and exploring ideas that inspire me. I also love to spend time with my cat and delving into creative pursuits - whether it be through making art, electronic music production, or reading about industrial-social psychology.
